Senior Moments - This group is for persons 55+ years of age. They are a fellowship group. There are monthly events such as covered dish lunches, day trips and game nights. Some extended trips may be offered during the year. Contact  bmcarthur@dsumc.org or call the church for current events.

A small group to Get Plugged In- This group of newer members like to connect with others. They meet monthly for a meal and fellowship in people’s homes. They study selected books. This is a group of couples aged 30-70. Contact Jerry and Pitty Lewallen at j.lewallen@earthlink.net or call 829-4756.
A small group that Cooks- Join Trey and Gay Lynn Wilson for Christian fellowship and fun in the kitchen. They meet monthly at Wilson’s Appliance and/or homes. Any adults are welcome (couples or singles). They will also be including a book study and discussion. A small group for Men’s Bible Study – They meet Tuesdays at Noon at the church (with brown bag lunches). Mike Embry is facilitating a study called Life & Ministry of the Messiah by Ray Vander Laan. Contact Mike at membry@smarthinking.com or 264-2989.
Ladies, there are four choices of small groups for Bible Study: Wednesday mornings, contact Barbara Scates at bscates@hillcountrytx.net or Jennifer Blackmon at jenblackmon1995@gmail.com ; Wednesday evenings, contact Vicki Rector at vrector@dsumc.org; Sunday evenings contact Laurie Greer at greerx5@sbcglobal.net. They can tell you what they are currently studying and when they meet.
A small group Book Club- A group that is reading and using current literature with a special eye for seeking the fruits of the Spirit. They meet monthly to fellowship and have discussions about the current selection of material. Contact Linda Bruce at lindabugg34@aol.com or Pat Strickland at sam.strickland@sbcglobal.net for meeting times and more information. 
A small group that Serves – A small group for families, where parents and children can serve together in the community on local service projects. Cody and Shelley Reeves are the contacts for this group, dsaggie@gmail.com or creeves@dsumc.org .
A small group that Prays – This is a mixed age group that meets together to pray for persons in need of help, healing, or any other request. They meet in a home and share fellowship and pray together. Contact Cindy Wilson, cindy@engineers-texas.com.
United Methodist Women – Small groups are called circles. There are four: Agape, Grapevine, Shalom and Dorcas. Find more information in the monthly newsletter and on the website. Contacts are listed there for each circle.
United Methodist Men have a monthly breakfast for fellowship and many other opportunities for participation. Contact Don Cawood at ummen@dsumc.org.
Group of Dripping Springs Moms (G.O.D.S. Moms)- A non-denominational group of Christian women of all ages. They meet the second Monday of each month and have play dates for the children. They have different studies, speakers, etc. Contact Joanne Thomas @ 894-0581.
